摘要
目的观察早期营养护理对鼻咽癌放疗后吞咽困难患者营养状态、自尊状况及主观幸福感的影响分析。方法将在我院(2020年5月至2021年8月)收治60例咽癌放疗后吞咽困难患者,以随机数字表法分组每组各30例患者,其中1组以常规护理干预为对照组,另1组则以早期营养护理干预为研究组。比较两组患者在干预前、后的营养状态、自尊状态(RSES)、主观幸福感(GWB)、生活质量评分,统计患者对护理的满意率。结果两组患者在干预前营养指标相比,研究组干预前与干预后的各营养指标相比,差异(P>0.05)无意义。干预后对照组各营养指标较干预前明显的下降,且对照组各指标明显低于研究组,差异(P<0.05)有意义。两组患者在干预前RSES、GWB评分相比,差异(P>0.05)无意义。干预后研究组RSES、GWB评分较干预前明显的提升,且研究组各指标明显高于对照组组间差异(P<0.05)有意义。两组患者干预前生活质量评分相比,差异(P>0.05)无统计学意义。经干预后两组生活质量评分均有着明显上升,其中研究组患者各评分均显著高于对照组,差异(P<0.05)有统计学意义。研究组患者对护理的总满意率高于对照组,差异(P<0.05)有意义。结论在鼻咽癌放疗后吞咽困难患者中,应用早期营养护理干预,可明显的改善患者的营养状态,提升患者的自尊状况及主观幸福感,改善生活质量,获得更高的护理满意度,效果理想。
Objective To observe the effect of early nutritional nursing on nutritional status,self-esteem and subjective well-being of patients with dysphagia after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 60 patients with dysphagia after radiotherapy for pharyngeal cancer were treated in our hospital(from May 2020 to August 2021).They were randomly divided into 30 patients in each group.One group took routine nursing intervention as the control group and the other group took early nutritional nursing intervention as the research group.The nutritional status,self-esteem(rses),subjective well-being(GWB)and quality of life scores of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared,and the satisfaction rate of patients with nursing was counted.Results There was no significant difference in nutritional indexes between the two groups before intervention and after intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the nutritional indexes of the control group decreased significantly compared with those before the intervention,and the indexes of the control group were significantly lower than those of the study group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in rses and GWB scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of rses and GWB in the study group were significantly higher than those before the intervention,and the indexes in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the score of quality of life before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of quality of life in the two groups increased significantly.The scores of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with dysphagia after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,the application of early nutritional nursing intervention can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients,improve the self-esteem and subjective well-being of patients,improve the quality of life,and obtain higher nursing satisfaction.
