摘要
目的探究盐酸氨溴索治疗慢阻肺合并肺部感染的临床疗效。方法在2019年10月至2020年12月对青海油田医院收治68例慢阻肺合并肺部感染患者进行治疗观察,并将其随机分为对照组与观察组,比较两组患者治疗效果、肺部感染的改善情况、住院时间与症状缓解时间以及用药后出现的不良反应。结果两组患者在接受不同的治疗方式后,可以看出观察组患者的治疗效果要显著优于对照组患者的治疗效果(P<0.05)。观察组患者与对照组患者在接受治疗前其APACHEⅡ评分与CPIS评分不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。在接受14d的治疗后,观察组患者的APACHEⅡ评分与CPIS评分都显著小于对照组患者的评分(P<0.05)。观察组患者的症状缓解时间要明显小于对照组患者(P<0.05),且观察组患者的住院时间也是显著小于对照组患者(P<0.05)。对照组患者的不良反应发生率显著高于观察组患者(P<0.05)。结论使用盐酸氨溴索治疗慢阻肺合并肺部感染患者,效果好、见效快,且不易引起患者的不良反应,值得在临床进行普及与推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of COPD with pulmonary infection.Methods From October 2019 to December 2020,68 patients with COPD complicated with pulmonary infection in our hospital were treated and observed,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,and the treatment effect,improvement of pulmonary infection,hospitalization time,symptom remission time and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After receiving different treatment methods,the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in APACHEⅡscore and CPIS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the APACHEⅡscore and CPIS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The symptom relief time of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the hospitalization time of the observation group was also significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of COPD patients with pulmonary infection has good effect,quick effect,and is not easy to cause adverse reactions.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
