摘要
目的脑灌注重建血管时间点选择的研究。方法回顾分析广州市第一人民医院神经外科2019年1月至2020年8月27例脑灌注检查患者的临床资料,分析不同时间点的脑动脉和脑静脉的图像质量。结果选择动脉CT值差值最大时间点比动脉峰值时间点的图像质量评分高(Z=-5.681,P=0.021),选择静脉CT值差值最大时间点比静脉峰值时间点的图像质量评分高(Z=-5.372,P=0.013)。结论选择脑动静脉CT值的差值最大的时间点进行脑血管三维重建,可以获得良好的脑血管图像。
Objective To study the selection of time points for cerebral perfusion reconstruction of blood vessels.Methods The clinical data of 27 patients with cerebral perfusion examination in the Department of Neurosurgery of the First People’s Hospital of Guangzhou,from January 2019 to August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and the image quality of cerebral artery and cerebral vein at different time points was analyzed.Results The images quality score at the time point of maximum difference of arterial CT value was higher than that at the time point of peak arterial CT value(Z=-5.681,P=0.021),and the images quality score at the time point of maximum difference of venous CT value was higher than that at the time point of peak venous CT value(Z=-5.372,P=0.013).Conclusion Choosing the time point with the biggest difference of CT value of cerebral artery and vein for 3D reconstruction of cerebral vessels can obtain good cerebral vascular images.
