摘要
目的分析探究为妊娠期糖尿病患者实施助产士孕期营养指导对于改善母婴结局的价值和影响。方法在2018年3月至2019年4月中选择220例患者展开探究,随机分为观察组(助产士孕期营养指导)和对照组(常规护理),各110例,并对其护理结果进行比较。结果①两组产妇并发症发生率:观察组产妇并发症发生率显著低于对照组,两组患者对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。②新生儿并发症发生率:观察组新生儿并发症发生率显著低于对照组,两组患者对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。③两组护理干预前血糖水平和血脂水平无显著差异,不具备统计学意义(P>0.05),护理干预后观察组血糖水平和血脂水平较之对照组差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为妊娠期糖尿病的患者实施助产士孕期营养指导干预较之常规干预措施,其临床指导意义更为突出,对于减少不良事件的发生率具有重要意义,同时可有效改善患者血糖和血脂水平,改善母婴结局,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze and explore the value and influence of implementing midwife nutrition guidance during pregnancy for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in improving maternal and infant outcomes.Methods From March 2018 to April 2019,220 patients were selected for exploration,and they were randomly divided into observation group(nutrition guidance during pregnancy by midwives)and control group(routine care),110 cases in each,and their nursing results were compared.Results①The incidence of maternal complications in the two groups:The incidence of maternal complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).②The incidence of neonatal complications:The incidence of neonatal complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).③There was no significant difference in blood glucose level and blood lipid level between the two groups before the nursing intervention,which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the nursing intervention,the blood glucose level and blood lipid level of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional interventions,the implementation of midwife nutrition guidance interventions for patients with gestational diabetes has more prominent clinical guidance.It is of great significance for reducing the incidence of adverse events,and at the same time can effectively improve the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of patients,and improve the maternal and infant outcomes.It is worthy of popularization and application.
