摘要
目的分析慢性肾小球肾炎患者应用临床干预路径的效果。方法针对64例在甘肃省武威市凉州医院会诊的慢性肾小球肾炎患者进行研究,入院时间为2018年1月至2020年3月,并均分为参照组32例,研究组32例。予以参照组基础护理,研究组资料则应用临床干预路径护理,分析相关数据。结果与参照组对比可知,研究组患者护理满意度较高,且认知水平较好,数据间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾小球肾炎患者应用临床干预路径的效果显著,有效促进患者在短时间内康复。
Objective To analyze effect of clinical intervention pathway in chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods The paper chose 64 cases chronic glomerulonephritis patients consulted in our center from January 2018 to March 2020 for study,and divided them into reference group 32 cases and study group 32 cases.Reference group was treated with basic nursing,and study group with clinical intervention path nursing.Related data were analyzed.Results Nursing satisfaction degree of patients in study group was higher than reference group,cognitive level was better,data comparison showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical intervention pathway can achieve effective treatment for chronic glomerulonephritis,promote their recovery in a short time effectively,which is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
