摘要
目的分析采用拮抗神经内分泌激素药物进行治疗,对心肌梗死合并糖尿病的患者心室重构、血浆内分泌激素水平的改善情况。方法于2018年5月至2019年5月在长春市第二医院进行治疗的150例心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,根据治疗疾病类型的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各75例患者,对照组为无伴发糖尿病的患者,观察组为合并糖尿病的患者,两组分别给予拮抗神经内分泌激素治疗。在血浆内分泌激素水平、LVESD、LVEDD、心动图检测结果方面进行分析。结果观察组合并糖尿病患者的肾素、肾上腺素指标明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组LVESD、LVEDD分数明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的左心室收缩末期内径、左心室射血分数、左心室收缩末期容积结果差于观察组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将神经内分泌激素治疗应用于心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者临床治疗上。
Objective To analyze improvement of ventricular remodeling and plasma endocrine hormone levels of patients with myocardial infarction and diabetes treated with antagonistic neuroendocrine hormone drugs.Methods The paper chose 150 cases myocardial infarction patients in our hospital from May 2018 to may 2019 as research objects,and divided them into control group and observation group according to different types of diseases,with 75 cases in each group.Control group included patients with diabetes mellitus,and observation group included patients with diabetes mellitus.Two groups were treated with antagonistic neuroendocrine hormone therapy.Result of plasma endocrine hormone levels,LVESD,LVEDD and cardiogram were analyzed.Results Indexes of renin and epinephrine in observation group were significantly higher than control group,with significant difference,(P<0.05);LVESD and LVEDD scores in observation group were significantly higher than control group,with significant difference,(P<0.05);results of left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end systolic volume in control group were worse than observation group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Neuroendocrine hormone can achieve significant effect in clinical treatment of myocardial infarction patients complicated with diabetes,which is worthy of application and promotion.
