摘要
目的分析老年女性慢性尿路感染中医治疗规范化方案的应用价值。方法本文共纳入80例研究对象,全部为2019年11月至2020年11月来我院开展治疗的老年女性慢性尿路感染患者,选择随机数表法进行分组,分为对照组(西药治疗,n=40)与治疗组(中医疗法+西药治疗,n=40)。治疗5d,对比分析两组中医证候积分与炎症反应,统计T淋巴细胞亚群。结果①评价两组患者的中医证候积分:经治疗5d后,两组的中医证候积分明显降低,且治疗组低于对照组,两组患者对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。②对比分析两组炎症反应的差异:经治疗5 d后,在IL-6、hs-CRP以及TNF-α水平上,治疗组低于对照组,两组患者对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。③在CD4+以及CD4+/CD8+上,治疗组高于对照组;在CD8+上,治疗组低于对照组,两组患者对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中医疗法用于老年女性慢性尿路感染的治疗效果理想,对于中医证候积分以及炎症反应的改善具有促进作用,可有效提升治疗效果,临床可进一步推广运用。
Objective To analyze the application value of standardized TCM treatment scheme for elderly women with chronic urinary tract infection.Methods A total of 80 cases of elderly female patients with chronic urinary tract infection who were treated in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(Western medicine treatment,n=40)and treatment group(traditional Chinese medicine+western medicine treatment,n=40).The two groups were treated for 5 days,and the scores of TCM syndromes and inflammation were compared and analyzed,and T lymphocyte subsets were counted.Results①The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were evaluated:after 15 days of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).②The differences of inflammatory reaction between the two groups were compared and analyzed:after 15 days of treatment,the levels of IL-6,hs CRP and TNF-αin the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).③On CD4+and CD4+/CD8+,the treatment group was higher than the control group.On CD8+,the treatment group was lower than the control group.There was a statistical difference between the two groups of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy for elderly women with chronic urinary tract infection is ideal,which can promote the improvement of TCM syndrome score and inflammatory reaction,effectively improve the treatment effect,and can be further promoted in clinic.
