摘要
目的探讨妇科宫颈癌护理中的人文关怀与心理护理效果。方法选取我院收治的妇科宫颈癌患者100例进行研究,将患者随机分为两组,对照组50例,采用常规护理,观察组50例,采用人文关怀与心理护理,对比两组的干预效果。结果心理状态比较,观察组SAS与SDS均较对照组明显下降(P<0.05);两组患者干预后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、生存质量评分及护理满意度比较差异均存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论予以妇科宫颈癌患者人文关怀与心理护理效果理想,有利于改善患者心理状态及生存质量,可进行推广使用。
Objective To explore effect of humanistic care and psychological nursing in gynecological cervical cancer.Methods The paper chose 100 gynecological cervical cancer patients admitted to our hospital for study,and divided them into two groups randomly.50 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing,and 50 cases in observation group with humanistic care and psychological nursing.Intervention effect was compared of two groups.Results Comparison of psychological status showed that SAS and SDS in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);there were significant difference in Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores,life quality scores,and nursing satisfaction between two groups after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care and psychological nursing can achieve ideal effect for patients with gynecological cervical cancer,improve psychological state and life quality of patients,which can be promoted and applied.
