分级检验在临床血脂生化检验中应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究临床血脂生化检验中运用分级检验的临床效果。方法选取的研究对象是2020年1月至2020年6月在我院接受临床血脂生化检验的200例患者,在研究开展前用随机数字表法将其分为两组,两组分别命名为观察组和对照组,各100例。观察组采取的检验方法是分级检验,而对照组患者采取的检验方法是拉网式检验,两组患者均检测六项临床血脂生化指标,分别是甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白AI、载脂蛋白B。比较观察组与对照组的两种检验方法用于上述六项血脂生化指标检验上的具体检验结果与检验阳性率。结果两组患者的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白水平比较,并无显著差异(P>0.05);而观察组的低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白AI、载脂蛋白B水平均显著高于对照组,存在明显差异,P<0.05;两种检验方法用于甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白检验上的阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义,但观察组的分级检验法用于低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白AI、载脂蛋白B的检验阳性率显著高于对照组的拉网式检验法,P<0.05,存在具有统计学意义的差异。结论在临床血脂生化指标的检验上,运用分级检验法可获得理想效果,与拉网式检验法相比,分级检验法的检验阳性率相对较高,尤其是对于低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白AI、载脂蛋白B的检验可获得准确性更高的结果,为疾病的诊断提供科学依据,故值得进一步推广和应用。 Objective To study the clinical effect of grading test in clinical biochemical test of blood lipids.Methods The selected subjects were 200 patients who received clinical biochemical tests of blood lipids in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2020.Before the study,they were divided into two groups by random number table method.The two groups were named observation group and control group respectively,with 100 patients in each group.The observation group adopted grading test,while the control group adopted pulling network test.Six clinical biochemical indicators of blood lipid were detected in both groups,namely triglyceride,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein,apolipoprotein AI,and apolipoprotein B.The specific test results and positive rates of the six biochemical indicators of blood lipids were compared between the observation group and the control group.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of triglyceride,total cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of low-density lipoprotein,apolipoprotein AI and Apolipoprotein B in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Two test methods for triglyceride,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c)inspection on the positive rate of comparison,there was no statistically significant difference,but the observation group grading tests that can be used for low density lipoprotein,apolipoprotein B and apolipoprotein AI inspection trawl test positive rate was significantly higher than control group,P<0.05,there are statistically significant differences.Conclusion On the clinical blood lipids and biochemical index of the test,using the hierarchical approach can obtain ideal effect,compared with the trawl tests,hierarchical approach of testing positive rate is relatively high,especially for low density lipoprotein,apolipoprotein B and apolipoprotein AI inspection can obtain higher accuracy of the results,which will provide a scientific basis for the diagnosis of the disease,so it is worth further promotion and application.
