摘要
目的探讨健儿粉对动物消化功能的影响。方法选用55只大鼠以及90只小鼠,通过大鼠体重、体重增重、摄食量和食物利用率实验,大鼠消化酶测定实验以及小鼠小肠运动实验,对其消化功能进行评价。结果健儿粉对大鼠体重、体重增重、摄食量、食物利用率无不良影响,对小鼠体重增长无不良影响,而中剂量组2.000 g/kgBW/d、高剂量1组6.000 g/kgBW/d、高剂量2组8.010 g/kgBW/d较模型对照组(盐酸洛哌丁胺组)均能提高小鼠小肠运动实验墨汁推进率(P<0.05),低剂量组0.500 g/kgBW/d、中剂量组1.000 g/kgBW/d、高剂量1组3.000 g/kgBW/d、高剂量2组4.005 g/kgBW/d较空白对照组(去离子水组)均能提高大鼠每小时胃液量(P<0.05)、提高大鼠胃蛋白酶排出量(P<0.05)。结论健儿粉通过改善便秘模型小鼠小肠运动功能、促进大鼠胃内消化液分泌以及提高胃蛋白酶排出量,以达到促进消化的功能。
Objective To explore the effect of Jian’er powder on animal digestive function.Methods 55 rats and 90 mice were selected,and their digestive function was evaluated through the experiment of rat weight,weight gain,food intake and food utilization,rat digestive enzyme test and mouse small intestine exercise test.Results Jian’er powder had no adverse effects on rat body weight,weight gain,food intake,and food utilization,and no adverse effects on mouse body weight gain,while the medium-dose group 2.000 g/kgBW/d and the high-dose group 1.000 g/kgBW/d and high-dose groups of 8.010 g/kgBW/d can improve the ink advancing rate of the mouse small intestine exercise experiment compared with the model control group (loperamide hydrochloride group) (P<0.05),and the low-dose group 0.500 g/kgBW/d,the medium-dose group 1.000 g/kgBW/d,3.000 g/kgBW/d in the high dose group1,4.005g/kgBW/d in high dose group 2,compared with the blank control group,could increase the gastric juice volume per hour (P<0.05) and the pepsin output of rats (P<0.05).Conclusion Jian’er powder achieves the function of promoting digestion by improving the small intestine motor function of constipation model mice,promoting the secretion of digestive juice in rats’ stomach and increasing the amount of pepsin excretion.
