摘要
目的探讨对手术室实施精细化管理对医院感染控制管理的应用效果。方法以徐州市铜山区人民医院手术室进行常规控制管理为对照组,以手术室实施精细化管理作为观察组。通过对手术室实施精细化管理前后情况的调查数据分析,比较两组手术室采样的合格率及医院内感染情况。结果观察组手术室的采样合格率高于对照组、医院内感染的发生率(5.00%)低于对照组(18.33%),两组数据进行比较,差异皆具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手术室实施精细化管理,能有效提高手术室采样的合格率,减少医院内感染的发生率,可以在临床上推广和应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of fine management of operating room on hospital infection control management.Methods The routine control and management in the operating room of Tongshan District People’s Hospital of Xuzhou was taken as the control group,and the fine management of the operating room as the observation group.Through the analysis of the survey data before and after the implementation of refined management in the operating room,the qualified rate of sampling in the operating room and the nosocomial infection were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of sampling in the operating room of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of nosocomial infection(5.00%)was lower than that of the control group(18.33%).The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine management of operating room can effectively improve the qualified rate of sampling in operating room and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,which can be popularized and applied in clinic.
