摘要
目的探讨骨伤复元汤治疗创伤骨折后骨质疏松症的临床治疗效果。方法将2018年7月至2019年7月间在我院骨科进行治疗的96例创伤骨折后骨质疏松症患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=48)以及对照组(n=48)。对照组进行常规西医治疗,观察组在上述基础上联合自拟骨伤复元汤治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率(97.92%)较对照组(85.42%)更高(x2=4.909,P=0.027)。经过治疗,观察组骨密度水平要高于对照组(t=2.278,P=0.025)。结论骨伤复元汤治疗创伤骨折后骨质疏松症疗效较优,能够改善患者骨密度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Gushang Fuyuan Decoction on osteoporosis after traumatic fracture.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,96 patients with post-traumatic osteoporosis who were treated in the orthopedics department of our hospital were selected as the research object were randomly divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48).The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was combined with the self-made Gushang Fuyuan Decoction on this basis,and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(97.92%)was higher than that in the control group(85.42%)(x~2=4.909,P=0.027).After treatment,the bone mineral density in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(t=4.328,P=0.000).Conclusion Gushang Fuyuan decoction has better curative effect on osteoporosis after traumatic fracture,which can improve the bone mineral density of patients and is worth popularizing.
