摘要
目的选择Meta分析的方法系统地评价HBsAg阳性母亲孕期服用替比夫定对婴儿的乙肝疫苗免疫应答的效果。方法通过检索万方、知网、维普、Pubmed、Embase、CBM等数据库,筛选相关文献,采用Review Manager(Rev Man)5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果文献研究共计纳入6篇,服用替比夫定组的孕妇总共纳入549例,对照组的孕妇总计纳入801例。服用替比夫定组的孕妇所生婴儿纳入524例,对照组的孕妇所生婴儿共620例。Meta分析的结果最终显示,替比夫定组孕妇分娩所生婴儿乙肝疫苗无弱应答率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(RR=0.30,95%CI=0.16-0.55,P=0.0001)。结论Meta分析结果发现,HBsAg阳性母亲孕期若服用替比夫定可以显著地减少其分娩婴儿的乙肝疫苗无/弱应答率。
Objective To systematically review the efficacy of telbivudine in HBsAg-poaitive mothers on the infants′immune response to hepatitis B vaccine.Methods Documents were from Wan Fang,CNKI,Pubmed,Embase,CBM databases,and so on.RevMan 5.3 was adopted to carry out Meta analysis.Results 6 studies were involved,including 549 pregnant women in LDT group and 801 cases in the control group,and 524 infants in LDT group and 620 infants in the control group respectively.Results of Meta analysis indicated that compared with the control group,the infants born to HBsAg-poaitive mothers treated with telbivudine had a significant lower rate of immune response(RR=0.30,95%CI=0.16-0.55,P=0.0001).Conclusion Results of Meta analysis finally indicated that HBsAg positive mothers treated with telbivudine during pregnancy can notably reduce the rate of non/hypo immune response to hepatitis B vaccine.
