摘要
目的研究屈光不正采用准分子激光矫治的临床效果。方法本研究以2017年1月至2019年4月纳入我院收治的屈光不正患者为研究对象。根据纳入和排除标准筛选研究对象,并根据随机平均的研究原则分为对照组和观察组。两组入院后接受视力检查,检测波前像差、裸眼视力和戴镜最佳矫正视力,测量眼压,验光,并筛查是否存在患有青光、眼底浑浊等眼部其他疾病疾病,观察角膜透明度、厚度、曲率等。对照组予以佩戴矫正眼镜。观察组给予准分子激光矫治。医护人员根据治疗前后视力的差异判定视力恢复情况。临床医护人员密切观察患者临床症状,判定是否发生并发症。结果两组视力改善率统计分析发现,P<0.05。两组并发症包括视力降低、畏光、视物重影、眼干,对并发症发生率统计分析发现,P>0.05。结论屈光不正采用准分子激光矫治的临床效果值得肯定,且在并发症发生率方面不会提高。
Objective To study clinical effect of excimer laser correction for ametropia.Methods The study included patients with refractive errors admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 as research objects.According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,screen study subjects and divide them into control group and observation group according to principle of random average research.After admission,treat two groups with visual inspection,including detection of wavefront aberration,naked vision and best corrected visual acuity with glasses,measuring intraocular pressure,optometry,and screen eye diseases of glaucoma and turbid fundus,observe corneal transparency,thickness,curvature,etc.Control group was treated with corrective glasses,observation group with excimer laser treatment.Medical staffs judge vision recovery based on difference in vision before and after treatment,and observe clinical symptoms of patients closely to determine whether complications occur.Results Statistical analysis of eyesight improvement rate between two groups showed that P<0.05.Complications in two groups included reduced vision,photophobia,double vision,and dry eyes.Statistical analysis of incidence of complications found that P>0.05.Conclusion Clinical effect of excimer laser is worthy of recognition to correct refractive errors,with lower incidence of complications.
