摘要
目的讨论亲情化护理对改善血液透析患者主观幸福感和护理满意度的效果。方法选用便利抽样法选取2019年1月至2019年12月于我院血液透析中心收治的透析患者为研讨对象,其中2019年1至6月收治的47例患者为对照组,2019年7至12月收治的48例患者为观察组。两组均接受血液透析中心常规护理,观察组加用亲情化护理对患者及家属进行干预。比较两组干预效果。结果经护理干预后,观察组患者主观幸福感较对照组增强;护理满意度也较对照组有所提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亲情化护理可显著改善护患关系提高患者护理满意度及主观幸福感。
Objective To discuss the effect of kindred nursing on improving subjective well-being and nursing satisfaction of hemodialysis patients.Methods The convenient sampling method was used to select the dialysis patients admitted to our hemodialysis center from January 2019 to December 2019 as the study object,among which 47 patients admitted from January to June 2019 were the control group and 48 patients admitted from July to December 2019 were the observation group.Both groups received the routine nursing of hemodialysis center,and the observation group added the affectionate nursing to intervene the patients and their families.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing intervention,the subjective well-being of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was also higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kinship nursing can significantly improve the relationship between nurses and patients,improve patients’satisfaction and subjective well-being.
