摘要
目的观察克拉霉素联合应用莫沙必利治疗慢性咳嗽并反流性食道炎的效果。方法回顾性选取2017年6月至2018年6月在我院住院治疗的150例慢性咳嗽合并反流性食道炎患者为研究对象,以不同的治疗方法将150例慢性咳嗽合并反流性食道炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各75例。对照组仅用克拉霉素治疗,观察组用克拉霉素联合莫沙必利治疗,对两组的医疗效果进行分析。结论两组患者治疗后的日间咳嗽评分和夜间咳嗽评分均明显低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组患者治疗后的日间咳嗽评分和夜间咳嗽评分的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率比对照组患者高20.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果克拉霉素联合莫沙必利有效地改善了慢性咳嗽合并反流性食道炎患者的病情,显著提高了患者的治疗效果,值得在临床医疗中广泛推广应用。
Objective To observe effect of clarithromycin combined with mosapride on chronic cough and reflux esophagitis.Methods Review and choose 150 cases chronic cough and reflux esophagitis patients hospitalized in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018,Treat them with different treatment methods.Divide them into observation group and control group,75 cases in each.Control group was treated with clarithromycin only,and observation group with clarithromycin combined with mosapride.Analyze medical effects of two groups.Conclusion Day cough scores and night cough scores after treatment were significantly lower than before,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and difference between day cough scores and night cough scores of two groups after treatment was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Total effective rate in observation group was 20.0%,higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Results Clarithromycin combined with mosapride can improve condition of patients with chronic cough and reflux esophagitis effectively,improve treatment effect significantly,which is worthy of wide application in clinical medicine.
