摘要
目的分析针对结直肠癌患者在术前肠道准备中实施肠内营养支持的效果及其护理措施。方法随机将我院收治的结直肠癌手术患者93例分成两组,针对常规组46例术前实施传统的肠道准备护理干预,针对观察组47例术前实施肠内营养支持及其护理干预,对比两组结直肠癌患者的护理效果。结果两组结直肠癌手术患者护理后的转铁蛋白、血淋巴细胞总量、前清蛋白、血红蛋白、护理满意度、并发症发生率及感染发生率存在差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论针对结直肠癌患者术前肠道准备的过程中给予肠内营养及护理的效果较为显著,提高肠道内的清洁度,减少感染及不良反应的发生,促进手术的顺利进行。
Objective to analyze effect and nursing measures of enteral nutrition support in preoperative intestinal preparation of colorectal cancer patients.Methods divide 93 cases colorectal cancer patients in our hospital into two groups randomly.46 cases in routine group were treated with traditional intestinal preparation nursing intervention before operation,47 cases in observation group with enteral nutrition support and nursing intervention before operation.Compare nursing effect of two groups.Results there were differences in transferrin,total blood lymphocytes,prealbumin,hemoglobin,nursing satisfaction,complication rate and infection rate between two groups after nursing(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion preoperative intestinal preparation can achieve significant enteral nutrition and nursing effect for colorectal cancer patients,can improve cleanliness of intestinal tract,reduce incidence of infection and adverse reactions,and promote smooth operation.
