摘要
目的探究分析西宁市2018年碘缺乏病防治健康教育干预措施效果评价。方法选取西宁市下辖的4区3县,对比健康教育活动前后小学生和家庭主妇的碘缺乏病防治知识知晓率。结果在健康教育干预后,小学生和家庭主妇对于碘缺乏病防治知识知晓率皆得到显著提高,其平均知晓率与干预前相比,数据差异大具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对项目试点地区的小学生和社区家庭主妇实施碘缺乏病防治健康教育,能够有效提高他们对于碘缺乏病防治知识知晓率,这证明了健康教育干预措施取得了良好的效果。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect evaluation of health education intervention measures for IDD prevention and control in Xining City in 2018.Methods Four districts and three counties under Xining city were selected to compare the knowledge of IDD prevention and control between primary school students and housewives before and after health education.Results After the intervention of health education,the awareness rate of primary school students and housewives on the prevention and treatment of IDD was significantly improved.The average awareness rate was significantly different from that before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health education on IDD prevention and control for primary school students and housewives in the pilot area of the project can effectively improve their awareness rate of IDD prevention and control knowledge,which proves that the health education intervention measures have achieved good results.
