摘要
目的观察肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者在临床中应用经尿道电切术联合放化疗治疗的效果。方法将我院2016年6月至2019年6月收治的肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者60例以随机数字表法分组,观察组与对照组各30例,对照组患者接受根治性膀胱切除术方式治疗,观察组接受经尿道电切术联合放化疗方式治疗,对两组患者围手术期相关指标、治疗前后KPS评分情况进行观察。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间等围手术期相关指标情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前组间比较KPS评分无差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组评分明显更高(P<0.05)。结论在对肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者进行治疗时,予以经尿道电切术联合放化疗方式干预效果可观,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of transurethral resection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of myometrial invasive bladder cancer.Methods From June 2016 to June 2019,60 patients with myometrial invasive bladder cancer were randomly divided into two groups,30 in the observation group and 30 in the control group.The patients in the control group were treated with radical cystectomy,and the patients in the observation group were treated with transurethral resection combined with radiochemotherapy.The perioperative indicators and KPS scores of the two groups were observed.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in KPS between the groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the score of the observation group was significantly higher after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with myometrial invasive bladder cancer,transurethral resection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy is effective and worthy of promotion.
