摘要
目的探讨分析宫颈癌筛查系统在宫颈癌筛查中的诊断疗效。方法选择在2018年6月至2019年6月在我院门诊进行宫颈癌诊断的64例患者,将组织病理学诊断结果作为金标准,对宫颈癌筛查系统及高危型人乳头瘤病毒(Hr-HPV)的检查结果进行比较分析。结果TCT诊断方式共检出阳性患者53例,检出率为82.81%,检出阴性患者11例,检出率为17.19%,诊断准确率为94.64%;Hr-HPV诊断方式共检出阳性患者46例,检出率为71.88%,检出阴性患者18例,检出率为28.12%,诊断准确率为82.14%。TCT诊断准确率明显高于Hr-HPV诊断,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=3.8730,P=0.0497)。结论宫颈癌筛查系统在宫颈癌筛查中能呈现较高的阳性检出率及诊断正确率,为患者赢得最佳治疗时间,促进其预后恢复,临床推广使用价值较高。
Objective to explore diagnostic effect of cervical cancer screening system in cervical cancer screening.Methods choose 64 cases cervical cancer patients diagnosed in our outpatient department from June 2018 to June 2019.Compare and analyze Results of cervical cancer screening system and high-risk human papillomavirus(HR HPV)with gold standard of histopathological diagnosis results.Results 53 positive patients were detected by TCT,detection rate was 82.81%,11 negative patients detected,detection rate was 17.19%,diagnostic accuracy rate was 94.64%;46 positive patients were detected by Hr HPV,detection rate was 71.88%,18 negative patients detected,detection rate was 28.12%,diagnostic accuracy rate was 82.14%.Diagnostic accuracy of TCT was significantly higher than Hr HPV,and difference was statistically significant(χ~2=3.8730,P=0.0497).Conclusion cervical cancer screening system can achieve high positive detection rate and diagnostic accuracy in cervical cancer screening,win the best treatment time for patients,promote recovery of their prognosis,with higher clinical application value.
