摘要
目的研究高龄产妇妊娠晚期心电图表现与妊娠结局的关系。方法选择本院收治的80例孕妇作为研究对象,孕妇入院时间为2017年4月至2018年4月,产妇当中有40例为高龄产妇,剩余40例为适龄产妇,将适龄产妇作为对照组,对孕妇的心电图进行检测,并对比两组产妇心电图表现以及对妊娠结局的影响。结果高龄组产妇的心律失常、ST短压低、电轴左偏P-R、间期缩短等发生率均比对照组高,两组差异显著(P<0.05),高龄组剖宫产和早产结局明显高于对照组,两组差异显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高龄产妇妊娠晚期阶段,容易出现心律失常现象,出现心律失常的产妇对妊娠结局带来一定影响,出现早产和刨宫产的概率更大,因此对高龄产妇进行严密的心电图监测十分重要,能够为临床治疗做好准备保障母婴健康。
Objective to study relationship between ECG performance and pregnancy outcome of elderly maternal in late pregnancy.Methods choose 80 cases pregnant maternal admitted in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 as research objects.Among them,40 cases were elderly maternal,and remaining 40 were at appropriate age.Carry on ECG test for them,compare ECG performance and effect on pregnancy outcome between two groups.Results incidence of arrhythmia,short ST pressure,left-axis PR,and shortened interval in elderly group was higher than control group.Differences between two groups were significant(P<0.05).Cesarean section and premature birth outcome was significantly higher in elderly group than control group,difference between two groups was and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion elderly maternal at late pregnancy may have arrhythmia with some certain effects on pregnancy outcomes,and probability of premature birth and cesarean delivery may be greater.Therefore,it is important to monitor their ECG,to prepare clinical treatment and protect health of mothers and infants.
