摘要
目的研究四肢闭合性骨折应用桃红四物汤的临床效果。方法对照组单纯实施闭合复位外固定术治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用中医汤剂桃红四物汤治疗。对比两组治疗前后的中医证候总积分,对比两组治疗前后的血沉、红细胞压积、全血比粘度及血浆比粘度。结果两组在中医证候总积分治疗前无统计学差异的前提下,均在治疗后改善(P<0.05),研究组治疗后比对照组更为改善(P<0.05)。两组治疗前血沉、红细胞压积、全血比粘度及血浆比粘度在差异不明显前提下,治疗后均明显好转(P<0.05),研究组好转比对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论四肢闭合性骨折应用桃红四物汤的可显著改善患者临床症状,促进其血液循环及骨折愈合。
Objective to study clinical effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction on closed fracture of extremities.Methods control group was treated with closed reduction and external fixation only,and study group with Taohong Siwu Decoction on the basis of control group.Compare total scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment between two groups,and ESR,hematocrit,whole blood specific viscosity and plasma specific viscosity before and after treatment between two groups.Results TCM syndrome total scores showed no statistical difference of two groups before treatment,both improved after treatment(P<0.05),and study group showed more improvement after treatment than control group(P<0.05).ESR,hematocrit,whole blood specific viscosity and plasma specific viscosity showed no significant difference in two groups before treatment,both improved after treatment(P<0.05),effect of study group was more significant than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taohong Siwu Decoction can improve clinical symptoms,promote blood circulation and fracture healing significantly for closed fracture of extremities.
