思维导图在甲状腺患者围手术期的健康教育中的疗效的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨思维导图在甲状腺患者围手术期的健康教育中的疗效。方法选取我院2018年1月-2018年12月收治的甲状腺患者200名,随机分为研究组与对照组两组,每组100人。研究组采用思维导图形式手册进行围手术期健康宣教对照组采用传统格式的手册进行围手术期健康宣教,对比两组患者健康教育掌握率及满意度的差异性。结果研究组患者甲状腺患者围手术期健康教育的掌握率85%,甲状腺患者出院满意度91.4%均优于对照组甲状腺患者围手术期健康教育的掌握率78%,甲状腺患者出院满意度83.6%,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;两组患者年龄、性别及患病时间、文化程度比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论结合思维导图进行甲状腺患者围术期健康教育的效果优于传统模式的健康教育度,思维导图能够更好的提高患者健康教育的落实率与满意度。 Objective To investigate the effect of mind mapping on perioperative health education of thyroid patients.Methods 200 thyroid patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected,Randomly divided into control group and study group.The study group used the mind map form manual to conduct perioperative health education.The control group used the traditional format manual to conduct perioperative health education.Results The master rate of perioperative health education of thyroid patients in the study group was 85%,and the satisfaction rate of discharge of thyroid patients was 91.4%,which was better than that of 78%in the control group.The satisfaction rate of discharge of thyroid patients was 83.6%,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in age,gender,disease duration and education between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of perioperative health education combined with mind mapping for thyroid patients is better than that of traditional health education,and mind mapping can better improve the implementation rate and satisfaction of patients’health education.
