摘要
目的研究导师制临床护理路径在降低低年资护士工作压力中的应用。方法纳入血管外科皮肤科病区的护士40名,患者180例,分为对照组和观察组,观察组护士与患者采取导师制临床护理路径教学模式培训方法,对照组护士与患者采取常规跟班式培训方法。结果观察组护士的理论知识成绩、实践操作成绩、护理质量评分均高于对照组,压力源量表得分、工作投入量表得分、护理不良事件发生率、患者满意度均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论临床对低年资护士进行导师制临床护理路径护理,可帮助低年资护士减轻工作压力,增大护士的工作投入。
Objective To study the application of tutor system in reducing the work pressure of junior nurses.Methods Forty nurses and 180 patients were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group.The nurses and patients in the observation group were trained by the tutor based clinical nursing path teaching mode,while the nurses and patients in the control group were trained by the routine follow-up training method.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical operation and nursing quality of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of pressure source scale,work input scale,the incidence of nursing adverse events and patients’satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion It can help the junior nurses to reduce the work pressure and increase their work input to carry out clinical nursing path nursing under the guidance of tutor system.
