摘要
目的研究高剂量左氧氟沙星治疗老年呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法将我院2016年7月至2019年7月收治的1200例老年呼吸道感染患者随机分为两组,均600例,对照组接受低剂量(左克)盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液治疗,观察组接受高剂量(左克)盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液治疗,评估两组患者的临床效果、不良反应、症状改善时间。结果所有患者实施(左克)盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液治疗,用低剂量的患者的总有效率更低且不良情况更高;同时症状改善时间漫长。结论利用高剂量(左克)盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液治疗老年呼吸道感染,治疗效果好,不良反应少。
Objective To study the clinical effect of high dose levofloxacin in the treatment of senile respiratory tract infection.Methods One thousand and two hundred elderly patients with respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,each with 600 cases.The control group received low-dose(Zuoke)levofloxacin hydrochloride injection and the observation group received high-dose(Zuoke)levofloxacin hydrochloride injection.The clinical effects,adverse reactions and symptom improvement time of the two groups were evaluated.Results All patients were treated with(Zuoke)levofloxacin hydrochloride injection,and the total effective rate of low dose patients was lower.And the adverse situation is higher.At the same time,the improvement of symptoms takes a long time.Conclusion High-dose(Zuoke)levofloxacin hydrochloride injection is effective in the treatment of senile respiratory tract infection with few adverse reactions.
