浅析25-羟基维生素D3水平与青少年儿童自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的对患有自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的青少年儿童以及健康青少年儿童的25-羟基维生素D3水平进行对比,找出青少年自身免疫性甲状腺疾病与25-羟基维生素D3的关系。方法选取内蒙古医院2018年8月至2019年1月收治的青少年儿童自身免疫性甲状腺疾病患者88例,Graves病(GD组)38例、桥本氏甲状腺炎(HT组)32例,另选同期来我院体检的青少年儿童30例作为对照组,对各研究组的血清25(OH)D3水平、血清甲状腺相关抗体以及其他相关指标进行观察比较,分析青少年自身免疫性甲状腺疾病与25-羟基维生素D3的关系。结果根据结果显示,GD组、HT组的血清25(OH)D3水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论Graves病和桥本氏甲状腺炎的血清25(OH)D3水平比健康人明显偏低,说明血清25(OH)D3水平与自身免疫性甲状腺疾病有着密切的关系。 Objective to compare 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 levels between children with autoimmune thyroid disease and healthy children,and find relationship between incidence of autoimmune thyroid disease of adolescents and 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 levels.Methods choose 88 cases autoimmune thyroid disease of adolescents,38 cases Graves’disease(GD group)and 32 cases Hashimoto’s thyroiditis(HT group)in Inner Mongolia Hospital from August 2018 to January 2019.Another 30 cases young children for physical examination in hospital at the same time as control group.Observe and compare serum 25(OH)D3 level,serum thyroid related antibody and other related indexes of each study group,analyze relationship between 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 and autoimmune thyroid disease of adolescents.Results according to results,serum 25(OH)D3 levels of GD group and HT group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),difference showed statistical significance.Conclusion serum level of 25(OH)D3 in Graves’disease and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is significantly lower than healthy people,indicating that serum level of 25(OH)D3 is closely related to autoimmune thyroid disease.
