摘要 医学生综合能力是医学高等教育发展的主要目标,在传统教学模式上不断完善教学模式,提高教学质量十分必要。随着临床对高素质人才需求的增加,传统教学模式弊端显现,灌输式教学模式不利于学生独立思维能力的培养,其教学质量也有待提高。为了完善传统教学模式,组织开展"对分课堂"新型教学模式,有利于提高学生课堂的参与度,调动学生积极性,增强学习主动性,开阔学生思维,促进知识的建构及内化吸收,为临床医疗发展输送高素质人才。 The comprehensive ability of medical students is the main goal of the development of medical higher education,it is necessary to improve the teaching mode and the teaching quality in the traditional teaching mode.With the increase of clinical demand for high-quality talents,the disadvantages of the traditional teaching mode appear,the indoctrination teaching mode is not conducive to the cultivation of students’independent thinking ability,and its teaching quality needs to be improved.In order to improve the traditional teaching mode,organize and carry out the new teaching mode of"split class",which is conducive to improving the participation of students in the classroom,mobilizing students’enthusiasm,enhancing learning initiative,broadening students’thinking,promoting the construction and internalization of knowledge,and delivering high-quality talents for the development of clinical medicine.
