摘要
目的观察补肾活血中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征导致排卵障碍性不孕的临床效果。方法取本院多囊卵巢综合征导致排卵障碍性不孕患者共70例,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用克罗米芬进行治疗,观察组采用补肾活血中药进行治疗。结果观察组在治疗后,总有效率占比97.1%,对照组在治疗后,总有效率占比82.9%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在治疗后,LH、FSH、LH/FSH、T、E2、PRL、INS等均出现明显改善效果,而对照组在治疗后仅FSH、E2出现改善效果,其他指标的改善效果不明显。两组治疗后数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征导致排卵障碍性不孕效果显著,能有效调整血清性激素,且该药副作用小,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得大力推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe in the treatment of ovulatory infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods Seventy patients with ovarian disorder infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with clomiphene. The observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Recipe. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group accounted for 97.1%, and that of the control group was 82.9%, there was statistical significance(P<0.05). After treatment, LH, FSH, LH/FSH, T, E2, PRL, INS and so on in the observation group showed significant improvement effect, while only FSH and E2 showed improvement effect in the control group after treatment, and the improvement effect of other indicators was not significant. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Huoxue TCM treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome has significant effect on ovulation disorder infertility, and can effectively adjust serum sex hormones. The drug has small side effects and has high clinical application value, which is worthy of promotion.
