丘脑梗死患者记忆障碍的初步研究

摘要 目的分析丘脑梗死患者发生记忆障碍的临床情况。方法将2018年5月至2019年5月本院诊治的28例丘脑梗死患者作为试验组,将本医院同期收入的31例健康体检人员作为参照组,均使用中文剑桥前瞻性记忆测试量表、简易智能状态检查量表进行测试,比较参照组与试验组受检人员的测试情况。结果试验组受检人员注意与计算、时间定向、言语重复、延迟记忆、结构能力、三步命令及其TBPM评分(基于时间的前瞻性记忆)对比参照组数据指标,P<0.05,指标之间形成统计学判断意义。试验组受检人员地点定向、即刻记忆、命名能力、书写能力、阅读能力及其EBPM评分(基于事件的前瞻性记忆)对比参照组数据,P>0.05,数据指标之间无分析意义。结论发病3个月的丘脑梗死患者出现认知障碍,表明已经损害了患者基于时间的前瞻性记忆、延时记忆。 Objective To analyze the clinical situation of memory impairment in patients with thalamic infarction.Methods 28 patients with thalamic infarction treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the experimental group and 31 health check-ups from the same period in our hospital as the reference group,the Chinese Cambridge Prospective Memory Test Scale and Simple Intelligence State Examination Scale were used to test the patients,the test results between the reference group and the experimental group was compared.Results The data indexes of the experimental group were compared with those of the reference group in attention and calculation,time orientation,verbal repetition,delayed memory,structural ability,three-step command and TBPM score(time-based prospective memory),P<0.05,statistical significance was formed between the indexes.The location orientation,immediate memory,naming ability,writing ability,reading ability and EBPM score of the subjects(eventbased prospective memory)in the experimental group were compared with those in the reference group,P>0.05,there was no statistical significance between the data indicators.Conclusion Cognitive impairment in patients with thalamic infarction 3 months after onset indicates that time-based prospective memory and delayed memory have been impaired.
