摘要
目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫期淋巴瘤居家患者中心静脉导管维护的情况。方法采用便利抽样法,抽取2019年1月1日—2020年1月19日来该科住院且有中心静脉置管的淋巴瘤患者110例作为研究对象,应用自制的问卷通过"问卷星"进行调查。结果结果显示110例患者中仅有30例患者正常维护,正常维护率为27.27%。担心维护感染新冠状病毒肺炎、行动能力、当地维护网点距离、当地维护网点正常开放状态、化疗周期是否延期、中心静脉导管是否异常等因素与其导管维护有关(P<0.05)结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期淋巴瘤居家患者中心静脉导管维护率较低,医护人员需及时了解疫情期居家患者中心静脉导管的维护情况;同时,当地医疗机构应为其提供相应的导管维护服务,保障患者导管安全。
Objective To investigate the central venous catheter maintenance of lymphoma patients at home during the epidemic period of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19). Methods 110 lymphoma patients admitted to our department from January 1,2019 to January 19,2020 with central venous catheterization were selected as research objects by convenient sampling method. A Self-made questionnaire was used to conduct questionnaire survey.Results Single factor analysis showed that only 30 out of 110 patients had normal maintenance,with a normal maintenance rate of 27.27%. That the awareness of epidemic prevention knowledge,awareness of matters needing attention in central venous catheter maintenance,mobility,distance between local maintenance outlets,whether local maintenance outlets are open normally,whether chemotherapy cycle is delayed,whether central venous catheter is abnormal and other factors were related to the maintenance rate(P<0.05). Conclusion The maintenance rate of central venous catheter in patients with lymphoma at home during the epidemic period of COVID-19 is relatively low.Medical staff should understand the maintenance situation of central venous catheter in patients at home during the epidemic period. At the same time,local medical institutions should provide corresponding catheter maintenance services to ensure patient catheter safety.
