β-萘酚经甲基化、酰化、溴化、缩酮化及重排反应制备萘普生,其中一些实验条件作了改进,总收率提高到50%。在酮5的缩酮化反应初期向反应物加入氧化亚铜,能使缩酮物不断转化为重排产物。
The racemic mixture of naproxen was prepared from β naphthol by methylation,acylation,bromination,acetalization and rearrangement with someexperimental improvements in an overall yield of about 50%.It was found that the acetalization of the ketone(5)might be promoted byadding cuprous oxide to the reaction mixture at the earlier stage.
