摘要
为研究霸王鞭中内生真菌的次生代谢产物,将内生真菌烟曲霉Aspergillus fumigatus采用固体发酵方式发酵,萃取后通过多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,采用核磁共振光谱^1H-NMR,^13C-NMR及HSQC,HMBC结合理化性质进行结构表征,将3个单体化合物分别鉴定为3-(3,4-dihydroxybenzoyl)-5-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-6-methyl-5,6-dihydro-2H-pyran-2-one[3-(3,4-二羟基苯甲酰)-5-(3,4-二羟基苯基)-6-甲基-5,6-二氢吡喃酮](1),hydroxysydonic acid(2)和11-hydroxysydonic acid(3)。化合物1为新化合物。
This research was carried out to study the secondary metabolites of endophytic fungus Aspergillosis fumigatus from Euphorbia royleana.The endophytic fungus A.fumigatus was fermented by solid fermentation,and purified by various chromatographic methods after extraction.The structures of the compounds were identified by ^1 H-NMR,^13 C-NMR and HSQC,HMBC spectra and physicchemical properties.Three compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as 3-(3,4-dihydroxybenzoyl)-5-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-6-methyl-5,6-dihydro-2 H-pyran-2-one(1),hydroxysydonic acid(2)and 11-hydroxysydonic acid(3).Compound 1 is a new compound.
