摘要
目的分析贵州省县级疾控机构免疫规划人力资源空间分布及其特征,为卫生健康行政部门优化配置不同区域的免疫规划人力资源提供依据。方法收集贵州省县级疾控机构免疫规划人员个案信息,利用自然断裂分级法等制图方法进行数据可视化,运用空间自相关和空间热点方法分析人力资源空间分布特征。结果贵州省县级疾控机构免疫规划人员共有413名,与常住人口总数之比为0.11/万,全局空间自相关分析结果显示,基于常住人口的县级免疫规划人员配置存在空间自相关性(P=0.004);局部空间自相关分析发现区域内5个县区存在“高-高”局部空间正关联模式(P<0.05),11个县区存在“低-低”局部正空间关联模式(P<0.05)。对县级疾控机构的专业技术人员中免疫规划人员占比开展空间热点分析结果显示,机构内部配置免疫规划人员热点区域有3个县区;冷点区域有23个县区。结论贵州省县级疾控机构的免疫规划人力资源的空间分布存在不均衡现象,模式以低值聚集为主,发现毕节市为全省薄弱地区,下一步需加强免疫规划人力资源研究工作。
Objective To analyze the spatial distribution and characteristics of human resources in expanded programme on immunization(EPI)of county-level centers for disease control and prevention in Guizhou Province,so as to provide evidence for health administrative agencies to optimize the allocation of human resources for immunization across different regions.Methods Individual-level information about the EPI personnel in county-level centers for disease control and prevention in Guizhou were collected.Mapping methods such as natural breaks classification were used to visualize the data,and the spatial auto-correlation and spatial hot-spot analysis to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of the human resources.Results There were 413 EPI staff members in county-level centers for disease control and prevention in Guizhou,with 0.11 per 10000 residents.Globe spatial auto-correlation analysis showed that there was a spatial auto-correlation(P=0.004)in the allocation of county-level EPI personnel based on the resident population;local spatial auto-correlation analysis found that there was a"High-High"clustering(P<0.05)in 5 counties,and"Low-Low"clustering in 11 counties(P<0.05).According to the spatial hot-spot analysis of the ratio of EPI staff to professionals in the county-level centers for disease control and prevention,there are 3 hot spots and 23 cold spots.Conclusions The spatial distribution of human resources in EPI staff in county-level centers for disease control and prevention in Guizhou Province is unbalanced,characterized by mainly low-low clustering.It is found that Bijie City is a weak area,and it is necessary to further strengthen the research on allocation of human resources for EPI.
