回授法教育模式对食管癌患者营养风险与睡眠及生活质量的影响 被引量:6

The impact of feedback education model on nutritional risk, sleep quality and quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer

摘要 目的探讨回授法教育模式对食管癌患者营养风险、睡眠质量及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1~12月三亚市人民医院收治的食管癌患者100例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组接受常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上,接受回授法教育模式,比较两组患者干预前后的营养风险、睡眠质量及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组营养不良风险评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预后,观察组患者睡眠质量(t=9.946,P=0.000)、日间功能(t=9.733,P=0.000)、催眠药物(t=12.854,P=0.000)、入睡时间(t=9.158,P=0.000)、睡眠障碍(t=9.880,P=0.000)、睡眠效率(t=10.461,P=0.000)、睡眠时间(t=17.809,P=0.000)、PSQI总分(t=6.163,P=0.000)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。干预后,观察组总体健康状况(t=-4.053,P=0.000)、躯体功能(t=-3.312,P=0.001)、情感功能(t=-3.633,P=0.000)、社会功能(t=-6.541,P=0.000)、认知功能(t=-4.391,P=0.000)和角色功能(t=-3.575,P=0.001)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论回授法教育模式可降低食管癌术后患者的营养不良风险,改善睡眠障碍,提高生活质量。 Objective To discuss the effect of feedback education model on nutritional risk,sleep quality and quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods 100 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to Sanya People′s Hospital from January to December 2018 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.Subjects in the control group received routine health education,while those in the observation group also received feedback education.The nutritional risk,sleep quality and quality of life of patients in two groups before and after nursing intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the malnutrition risk score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).After the intervention,the scores of 7 domains in PSQI scale including subjective sleep quality,daytime dysfunction,use of sleep medication,sleep latency,sleep disturbances,habitual sleep efficiency,sleep duration,as well as the overall PSQI score were all lower in the observation group than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=9.946,9.733,12.854,9.158,9.880,10.461,17.809,6.163,P=0.000).After the intervention,the global score of QOL and scores of 5 domains in QOL scale including physical,emotional,social,cognitive and role function were all higher in the observation group than those in the control group,the differences were significant(t=-4.053,-3.312,-3.633,-6.541,-4.391,-3.575,P<0.05).Conclusions Feedback education model can reduce the risk of malnutrition,improve sleep quality and improve the quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer after surgery.
