摘要
GDM患病率持续升高,GDM诊断标准尚未达成共识。本文综述国内外GDM诊断标准的研究进展,对其发展趋势、标准切点值、糖耐量试验及推广性进行比较分析,为临床应用提供依据。
recent years,the prevalence of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)has continued to increase globally.There is currently no consensus on GDM diagnostic standards.This article reviews the research progress on diagnostic criteria for GDM both domestically and internationally.The change trend,the value of cut-off point,glucose tolerance test and the popularization of diagnostic criteria were compared and analyzed,which is expected to provide a basis for clinical application.
