摘要
基于复合系统协同度模型,利用2018—2021年广东沿海经济带各城市12个科技创新指标,分析其科技创新协同发展现状,并进一步运用主成分分析和聚类分析法,对2021年各城市科技创新水平差距进行评价。结果表明:广东沿海经济带14座城市的科技创新有序度大部分都表现出平稳上升的态势,城市科技创新发展趋势良好,但由于各子系统区域协同创新有序性差异较大,整体区域创新协同度偏低,各城市之间的科技创新协同水平有待提升。
Based on the synergy degree model of the composite system,the relevant data of cities in Guangdong Coastal Economic Belt from 2016 to 2019 are used to analyze the current situation of the synergistic development of scientific and technological innovation.And further analyzes the gap of scientific and technological innovation level of cities in 2019 by using principal component analysis(PCA)and cluster analysis.The results show that the order degree of scientific and technological innovation of 14 cities in Guangdong coastal economic belt shows a steady rising trend,and the development trend of urban scientific and technological innovation is good.However,due to the large difference in the order of regional collaborative innovation of each subsystem,the overall regional collaborative innovation degree is low,and the level of scientific and technological innovation synergy between cities needs to be improved.
