摘要
本文从智能技术、智能应用和智能效益三个层面构建了中国制造业智能化程度的评价指标体系,以中国各省级单位2001—2016年面板数据为样本,以熵权法作为衡量方法,评价了中国制造业智能化程度和省际制造业智能化差异;从内源和外源等视角出发分析了中国制造业智能化的影响因素。结果显示:(1)中国制造业智能化水平呈现出逐年递升态势,智能应用水平超越智能技术和智能效益水平,是中国制造业智能化的发展特色,也是中国制造业智能化程度持续提升的动力;(2)中国制造业智能化水平存在显著的区域差异,无论制造业智能化指数还是其分指标指数,东部地区均处于明显的领先地位;(3)从总体来看,技术研发、成本压力和人力资本是促进制造业智能化水平提升的关键因素。
This paper constructs an evaluation benchmark for China’s manufacturing intelligentization.This benchmark is based on the system engineering theory,and considers hardware foundation,software application and market practice as three most important aspects.Taking the panel data of provincial units in China from 2001 to 2016 as samples,this paperrevealsthe index of manufacturing intelligentization and the regional differences based on weighted entropy;andmakes analysison the overall impact factors for China’s Manufacturing Intelligentization from both endogenous and exogenouspoints of view.The results show that:(1)the level of manufacturing intelligentization is increasing year by year.This increment is motivated by the development of software application.(2)There are significant regional differences in the process of Chinas manufacturing intelligentization.The eastern region is in an obvious leading position in most intelligentizationindicators.(3)Among all the influencing factors,technology development,cost pressure and human capital are the most importantin promoting manufacturing intelligentization.
