摘要
随着社区支持农业(Community Support Agriculture,下文简称CSA)规模的扩大,单一品种的有机农产品已经无法满足消费者日益差异化、多样化和个性化的需求,不同品种的CSA农场开始走向合作,由电商平台搭配成标准套餐销售给消费者。各地CSA农场在快速发展的过程中也面临着严峻的问题和挑战。随着"互联网+农业"的蓬勃发展,越来越多的电商平台开始加入CSA项目的运作中,CSA农场数量的不断增加以及供应链结构日趋复杂化,使得供应链成员的信任机制发生新的变化,并引发了供需不匹配问题。本文基于信任视角将CSA农场、电商平台和消费群体的选择偏好纳入研究范围,探究信任因素对各参与主体套餐订购策略的影响,最后通过参考契约经济学的供应链协调方法,设计合理契约提高基于CSA模式的农产品供应链的运作效率。研究发现:当CSA农场对电商平台的信任水平低于某一阈值时,至少有一个CSA农场的生产计划无法满足电商平台的预定数量,电商平台需要设计价格折扣合同,鼓励CSA农场制订更多的生产计划;随着CSA农场数量的增加,供应链主体之间的信任问题变得越来越严重,电商平台对价格折扣合同的需求也变得越来越紧迫,价格折扣合同的改善效果更加显著。
With the expansion of community-supported agricultural scale,single varieties of organic agricultural products are no longer able to meet consumers’increasingly differentiated,diversified and personalized needs.C SA farms of different varieties have begun to cooperate,and the e-commerce platform is used as a standard package to sell to consumer.C SA farms in all regions are also facing severe problems and challenges in the process of rapid development.With the vigorous development of the Internet+agriculture,more and more e-commerce platforms have begun to join the operation of the C SA project.The continuous increase in the number of C SA farms and the increasingly complex supply chain structure have led to new trust mechanisms for supply chain members.Changes and raised the issue of supply and demand mismatch.In this paper,based on the perspective of trust,the selection preferences of C SA farms,e-commerce platforms,and consumer groups are included in the research scope,and the impact of trust factors on the ordering strategies of participating parties is explored.Finally,by referring to the supply chain coordination method of contract economics,a reasonable contract improvement is designed.O perational efficiency of the agricultural product supply chain based on the CSA model.The study found that when the CSA farm’s level of trust in the e-commerce platform is below a certain threshold,at least one CSA farm’s production plan cannot meet the predetermined number of e-commerce platforms"The e-eommerce platform needs to design price discount contracts to encourage C SA farms to formulate M ore production plans;with the increase in the number of CSA farms,the problem of trust between supply chain entities has become more and more serious,and the demand for price discount contracts by e-commerce platforms has become increasingly urgent.The improvement effect is more significant.
