摘要
在骨组织工程中,具有与天然骨结构类似的仿生结构和具有生物功能的骨修复材料应运而生,其中生物活性骨修复材料具有来源广泛、可个性化定制、骨传导性和骨诱导性等优点,可替代目前广泛使用的自体骨和异体骨移植的治疗方法。生物材料支架可用于诱导骨缺损部位周围的骨组织形成,其中可降解生物材料由于其降解特性和优异的生物学特性,尤其具有吸引力。利用增材制造技术能实现复杂高精度骨组织工程支架的结构的设计与制造。增材制造按技术类型可分为:熔融沉积成形(FDM)、墨水直写(DIW)、激光选区熔化(SLM)、激光选区烧结(SLS)、光固化(SLA)、数字光处理(DLP)等。本文对上述常用的增材制造技术在可降解骨植物方面的研究进行综述和展望。
Bioactive bone repair materials play an important role in the field of bone tissue engineering with many advantages like wide range of source,customizable,bone conduction and bone induction,which can be an alternation of bone autograft and bone allograft.Bone tissue can be generated around the bone defect part induced by biomaterial scaffold of which the degradable bioactive materials with excellent biological properties and degradation rate prompt their development in the bone tissue engineering.Additive manufacturing(AM)technology,a type of advanced manufacturing technology,can be used for the structure design and manufacture of complex and high-precision bone tissue engineering scaffold.AM technologies are classified into several types,such as fused deposition modelling(FDM),direct ink writing(DIW),selective laser melting(SLM),selective laser sintering(SLS),stereolithography(SLA)and digital light processing(DLP).In this article the research progress of AM technology for biodegradable implants in orthopedics was summarized and the future of AM technology was prospected.
