巨菌草粉对四川白鹅生长性能和养分利用率的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Pennisetum giganteum Powder on Growth Performance and Nutrients Availability of Sichuan White Goose

摘要 为研究巨菌草(Pennisetum giganteum)在鹅生产中应用的可行性,试验分析了刈割高度为50~100 cm巨菌草制备的草粉营养成分,以及巨菌草粉对四川白鹅生长性能和养分利用率的影响。试验采用单因素随机设计,将360只20日龄四川白鹅随机分成6个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只鹅。处理1(对照组)、2、3、4、5、6的饲粮分别添加0、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%的巨菌草粉,试验期30 d。试验结束后每个重复随机选取1只鹅,采用全收粪法测定饲粮营养物质的表观消化率。结果显示:①巨菌草粉的DM为90.11%,GE为15.33 MJ/kg,CP、EE、CF、ADL、NDF、Ca、TP分别为10.90%、1.09%、36.53%、29.83%、52.85%、0.45%、0.29%,必需氨基酸/非必需氨基酸为0.78,必需氨基酸/总氨基酸为0.44,甜鲜味氨基酸是苦味氨基酸的2.21倍。②处理3、4的ADG显著高于处理1、2、5、6(P<0.05)。添加巨菌草粉的处理组ADFI差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。③饲粮GE和EE的表观消化率随巨菌草粉的比例增加而降低,处理2、3、4的CP表观消化率显著高于其它各处理组(P<0.05),处理3、4的CF、NDF、TP表观消化率显著高于其它各处理组(P<0.05),ADF表观消化率显著高于处理1、5、6(P<0.05),Ca表观消化率显著高于处理1、2、6(P<0.05)。研究表明,巨菌草对于鹅是一种纤维含量高、蛋白质质量及适口性较好的牧草,20~50日龄四川白鹅饲粮中添加10%、15%的巨菌草粉可改善生长性能和营养物质的表观消化率。 In order to investigate the feasibility of application of Pennisetum giganteum in goose production,the nutrition contents of Pennisetum giganteum powder prepared by cutting heights of 50 to 100 cm of Pennisetum giganteum and its effect on growth performance and nutrients availability of Sichuan White goose was evaluated.The single factor random design was used in the experiment,360 geese aged 20 days were randomly divided into six treatments(treatment 1 to 6),each treatment had 6 replicates and each replicate had 10 geese.During the 30 days experiment period,0(control group),5%,10%,15%,20%and 25%of Pennisetum giganteum powder were added into the diet of treatment 1 to 6,respectively.At the end of the experiment,one goose was selected randomly from each treatment and measured the apparent digestibility of nutrients with total feces collection method.The results showed that:①Dry matter general energy(GE),crude protein(CP),crude fat(EE),crude fiber(CF),acid detergent fiber(ADF),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),calcium(Ca),total phosphorus(TP),essential amino acid(EAA)/non-essential amino acids(NEAA),EAA/total amino acids(TAA)were 90.11%,15.33 MJ/kg,10.90%,1.09%,36.53%,29.83%,52.85%,0.45%,0.29%,0.78%and 0.44,respectively.The abundance of the sweet taste amino acids was 2.21 times of the fresh taste amino acids.②The average daily gain of treatment 3,4 were significantly higher than that of the others(P<0.05).Supplementation of Pennisetum giganteum powder significantly increased the average daily feed intake(P<0.05),but there was significant differences in albeit among the Pennisetum giganteum powder groups(P>0.05).③The apparent digestibility of GE and EE were negatively correlated with the increase of Pennisetum giganteum power in diet.The apparent digestibility of CP in treatment 2,3 and 4 were significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05),while the apparent digestibility of CF,NDF and TP in treatment 3 and 4 were significantly higher than those in others(P<0.05),the apparent digestibility of ADF in treatment 3 and 4 was significantly higher than that in treatment 1,5 and 6(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of Ca in treatment 3 and 4 were significantly higher than that in treatment 1,2 and 6(P<0.05).It′s indicated Pennisetum giganteum was a kind of forage grass with high levels of fiber and protein quality for goose,and addition of 10%and 15%of Pennisetum giganteum powder in diet of Sichuan White goose aged 20 to 50 days could get relatively high levels of growth performance and apparent digestibility rate.
