摘要
目的了解癌症化疗患者未满足需求与慢性病健康素养的相关性及影响因素。方法以分层方便抽样选取2021年5—6月在某肿瘤专科医院住院化疗的患者作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、癌症患者未满足需求简明量表和慢性病患者健康素养量表进行调查,使用Pearson相关分析化疗患者慢性病健康素养与未满足需求的相关性,分层回归分析化疗患者未满足需求的影响因素。结果被调查的514名化疗患者未满足需求得分为(68.31±31.11)分,慢性病健康素养得分为(103.28±12.87)分。Pearson相关分析:癌症化疗患者未满足需求在各维度均与慢性病健康素养呈负相关趋势(P<0.05)。分层回归分析显示:文化程度为硕士及以上(β=14.948),疾病负担为较重(β=12.361)、非常重(β=21.384)以及慢性病健康素养(β=-0.315)是化疗患者未满足需求的影响因素。结论癌症化疗患者未满足需求处于中等水平且与慢性病健康素养水平呈负相关,医护人员须加强对化疗患者的信息支持和医疗需求管理,提高其健康素养水平和生活质量。
Objective To investigate the correlation between unmet needs and health literacy in cancer patients with chemotherapy and its influencing factors.Methods The patients hospitalized for chemotherapy in a cancer hospital from May to June 2021 were selected.The general questionnaire,the concise unmet needs scale for cancer patients and the health literacy scale of chronic disease patients were used.Pearson Correlation Analysis was used to analyze the correlation between unmet needs and health literacy in cancer patients with chemotherapy.The influencing factors of unmet needs in cancer patients with chemotherapy were analyzed by Stratified Regression Analysis.Results The scores of unmet needs and health literacy in 514 patients with chemotherapy were(68.31±31.11)and(103.28±12.87),respectively.Pearson Correlation Analysis showed that the unmet needs were negatively correlated with health literacy of cancer patients with chemotherapy in all dimensions(P<0.05).Stratified Regression Analysis showed that the highest education level of master's degree and above(β=14.948),heavy disease burden(β=12.361)or very heavy disease burden(β=21.384)and having health literacy of chronic disease(β=-0.315)were influencing factors of unmet needs in patients with chemotherapy.Conclusion The unmet needs of cancer patients with chemotherapy are at the middle level and it is negatively correlated with the level of health literacy.Medical workers should strengthen information support and health education for patients with chemotherapy in order to improve their health literacy and quality of life.
