摘要
目的梳理总结我国职业人群高血压健康教育研究发展历程、热点与前沿,为做好职业人群高血压防控与健康教育工作提供理论依据。方法在中国知网、万方、维普数据库中检索以职业人群高血压健康教育为主题的期刊论文,采用描述性统计和文献计量研究方法,绘制研究发展趋势图、关键词聚类时序图谱、突现词图谱等。结果研究纳入1800篇有效文献;中心度≥0.1的高频关键词有职业人群、高血压、影响因素等;突现强度排序前3的关键词为影响因素、调查、生活方式;各发展时期关键词聚类结果不同,但均包含疾病、影响因素、干预措施等研究热点。结论我国职业人群高血压健康教育研究历经起步期、发展期和平稳期3个阶段,数量总体呈上升趋势,研究热点包括疾病、危险因素、干预手段与效果等方面,健康素养、身体活动、控制率和影响因素成为近年研究前沿,并在健康中国建设政策指引下得到深入发展。
Objective To summarize the current situation,hot spots and frontiers of hypertension health education research in Chinese occupational population,and to provide a theoretical basis for prevention and control of hypertension and health education.Methods By descriptive statistics and bibliometric method,academic theses on the subject of health education on hypertension among occupational population in CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu databases were analyzed.Results The study included 1800 valid literature.High frequency key words included influencing factors,hypertension,prevalence,occupational population,etc.The top 3 burst terms in the order included influencing factors,investigation and lifestyle,etc.Keywords clustering in each development period were different,but they all included disease,influencing factors and intervention measures.Conclusion The research on hypertension health education of occupational population in China has gone through three stages:the initial stage,the development stage and the stable stage,and the research number is generally on the rise.Research hot spots and frontiers include disease,risk factors,intervention means and effects.Health literacy,physical activity,control rate and influencing factors are research frontier in recent years,which have been further developed under the guidance of the Healthy China Construction.
