摘要
目的评价全媒体健康教育对初产妇母乳喂养自信心及主观幸福感的影响效果。方法选择2018年3—9月住院分娩初产妇256例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为干预组与对照组各128例。对照组给予初产妇传统纸质媒体健康教育,干预组给予全媒体健康教育。随访3个月后,比较两组初产妇母乳喂养自信心、主观幸福感、健康教育满意度。结果随访后,干预组初产妇母乳喂养自信心中喂养认知、喂养情感、喂养技能和母乳喂养自信心量表总分评分分别为(24.52±3.54)分、(72.45±8.14)分、(32.45±1.56)分和(129.42±13.45)分,均高于对照组的(21.42±4.23)分、(65.74±9.32)分、(30.87±3.24)分和(118.03±13.24)分(P<0.05);主观幸福感中精力、生活满足与兴趣、忧郁与愉悦心情、松驰与紧张和总体幸福感量表总分评分分别为(23.12±3.45)分、(8.36±1.45)分、(21.21±3.24)分、(18.65±2.32)分和(95.35±10.45)分,均高于对照组的(20.32±3.10)分、(7.65±1.18)分、(19.24±3.35)分、(16.35±2.10)分和(86.92±11.21)分(P<0.05或P<0.01);健康教育满意度为95.24%高于对照组87.10%(P<0.05)。结论全媒体健康教育更容易被初产妇所认同与接受,有助于提高她们母乳喂养自信心,增强其主观幸福感。
Objective To explore the effect of omnimedia health education on self-confidence and subjective wellbeing of primipara breastfeeding.Methods 256 babies who were hospitalized from March 2018 to September 2018 were enrolled.The randomized digital table method was used to divide 128 cases into treatment group and control group.The control group was given a traditional paper media health education for primipara women.The treatment group gave a omnimedia health education including paper media,audio-visual media,online media and smart terminals.After 3 months of followup,the self-confidence,subjective well-being,and health education satisfaction of primipara breastfeeding were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of primipara feeding cognition,feeding feeling,feeding skills and Breastfeeding Self Efficacy Scale(BSES)in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(24.52±3.54 vs 21.42±4.23,72.45±8.14 vs 65.74±9.32,32.45±1.56 vs 30.87±3.24,129.42±13.45 vs 118.03±13.24)(P<0.05);The scores of energy,life satisfaction and interest,depression and pleasure,relaxation and tension,and General Well-Being(GWB)Schedule were significantly higher than those of the control group(23.12±3.45 vs 20.32±3.10,8.36±1.45 vs 7.65±1.18,21.21±3.24 vs 19.24±3.35,18.65±2.32 vs 16.35±2.10,95.35±10.45 vs86.92±11.21)(P<0.05,P<0.01);The satisfaction rate of health education was 95.24%significantly higher than that of the control group(87.10%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Omnimedia health education is more likely to be recognized and accepted by primipara women,which helps to improve their self-confidence in breastfeeding and enhance their subjective well-being.
