摘要
目的分析2012-2017年我国居民科学健康观素养6年来的变化趋势,探讨其影响因素,为开展有针对性的干预和制定相关政策提供依据。方法对2012-2017年中国居民健康素养监测中科学健康观素养进行分析。结果2012-2017年,中国居民科学健康观素养依次为31.87%、32.12%、32.54%、33.82%、36.18%、41.12%,呈现缓慢上升态势。以2017年监测数据进行多因素Logistic回归分析,结果显示:城市居民科学健康观素养水平高于农村居民(OR=1.116),东部地区居民高于西部地区居民(OR=1.430),中部地区居民高于西部地区居民(OR=1.089);女性高于男性(OR=1.137);文化程度越高,科学健康观素养水平越高,以不识字/少识字者为参照,小学、初中、高中/职高/中专、大专/本科及以上文化程度者具备科学健康观素养的OR值分别为1.512、2.772、5.014、8.566。结论科学健康观水平呈缓慢上升态势,存在地区、人群差异,农村、西部地区、男性、低文化程度者科学健康观素养较低。
Objective To analyze the changing trend of residents’scientific health view in China from 2012 to2017,and to explore its influencing factors,so as to provide evidence for targeted intervention and formulation of relevant policies.Methods The scientific health view in Chinese residents’health literacy monitoring from 2012 to 2017 was analyzed.Results From 2012 to 2017,the scientific health view of Chinese residents was 31.87%,32.12%,32.54%,33.82%,36.18%and 41.12%respectively,showing a slow upward trend.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis based on the monitoring data in 2017 showed that the scientific health view level of urban residents was higher than that of rural residents(OR=1.116),that of Eastern residents is higher than that of western residents(OR=1.430),that of central residents is higher than that of western residents(OR=1.089),that of women was higher than that of men(OR=1.137),and that the higher the educational level,the higher the scientific health view level.Referring to illiterate/illiterate persons,the OR values of scientific health view of primary school,junior high school,senior high school/vocational high school/secondary school,junior college/undergraduate and above were 1.512,2.772,5.014 and 8.566,respectively.Conclusion The level of scientific health view is rising slowly,and there are regional and population differences.The literacy of scientific health view in rural areas,western regions,men and low educated people is relatively low.
