摘要
口腔黏膜白斑(简称口腔白斑)是一种发生在口腔黏膜局部白色角化斑块或斑片,发病率高、癌变可能性大,已被世界卫生组织列为癌前病变。光动力疗法是利用光敏剂和激光治疗浅表部位肿瘤等疾病的一种新方法,具有无创或微创、特异性高、操作方便以及对周围组织损伤小等优势,与口腔白斑的病损特点相契合。本论文将从口腔白斑的临床症状与病理病因、光动力疗法的依用机制、动物实验和临床应用等方面的研究进展进行综述。
Presenting as white lesions or patches,oral leukoplakia(OLK)is a disease represented by hyperkeratosis of oral mucosa.OLK has been classified as a precancerous lesion by the WHO.due to a high incidence rate and a significant possibility of canceration.Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is a new method to treat cancer and other diseases with photosensitizer and laser irradiation.having many advantages such as noninvasive or minimally invasive operation,high specificity,great convence and little damage to surrounding normal tissues,PDT is a suitable solution for OLK.In this paper,the research advances of PDT for OLK centering on the clinical symptoms,pathology and pathogenesis of OLK,functional principles and biological mechanisms of PDT and related animal experiments and clinical applications are reviewed.
