摘要
三门核电有限公司1号机组发电机运行中发现定冷水箱氢气排放频繁,通过对氢气泄漏数据和运行参数分析,评估漏氢问题未对发电机运行产生不良影响。机组运行期间,通过故障树分析和膛外检查,排除了膛外因素的可能,确认发电机膛内定冷水回路上出现漏点是导致定冷水箱排氢间隔缩短的直接原因。停机小修期间检查发现发电机励磁侧顶部冷却水进水管与汽励侧联通管处焊缝存在裂纹,导致氢气内漏至定冷水系统。对此采取了焊缝补焊措施,经处理后对其进行定子绕组气密性试验合格,解决了定冷水系统氢气内漏的故障。发电机漏氢的处理经验和预防措施可为同类型机组发电机漏氢问题提供一定的参考价值。
The H_(2)discharging of the stator cooling water tank in Unit 1 became more and more frequently during the normal operation of Sanmen NPP.Through the analysis of the hydrogen leakage data and operating parameters.it was evaluated that the hydrogen leakage problem did not have any adverse effects on the operation of the generator.During unit operation,the fault tree analysis and external inspection were used to eliminate the possibility of external factors,and it was confirmed that the leakage point in the cooling water loop inside the generator was the direct cause of the shortened interval for hydrogen discharge from the cooling water tank.During a minor repair outage,it was discovered that there was a crack on the weld at the top of the cooling water inlet pipe connected to the excitation side of the generator,which caused internal hydrogen leakage to the cooling water system.Welding repair measures were taken,and after treatment,the leakage test of the stator coil of the stator winding was qualified,thus the problem of hydrogen leakage in the cooling water system was solved.The experience and preventive measures for handling hydrogen leakage in the generator can provide some reference for hydrogen leakage problems of similar generators.
