摘要
在核电厂正常运行过程中,介质流量是DCS控制系统完成对工艺系统状态监视、判断、决策的重要参数。可以通过精确测量介质流量,保障机组运行的安全性、稳定性和经济性。流量仪表种类繁多,其中节流装置是应用较为广泛的一种。通过分析示范快堆蒸汽发生器水侧出口蒸汽流量所使用的P91钢长径喷嘴节流装置,证明该新材料的应用和新型的设计有助于减少环形焊缝,提高安全性和经济性。
During the normal operation of nuclear power plant,medium flow is an important parameter for the DCS to monitor,judge and make decisions on the process system status.The safety,stability and economy of power plant operation can be ensured by accurately measuring the medium flow.There are many kinds of flow measuring instrument,among which throttle devices are widely used.This paper introduces the P91steel longradius nozzle throttle device used for the water side outlet steam flow of the steam generator of the demonstration fast reactor.The application of this new material and the new design will help to reduce the circular weld and improve the safety and economy.
