摘要
高考是一种特殊的以升学为目的对学生进行甄别的教育评价;被强加了评价中学教育质量的功能,高中会考的诞生旨在取代高考的这一功能。对新中国成立70年高校招生作为评价选拔制度,可从宏观、微观层面进行考察。其对"评价"的认知由隐到显、由自在到自觉,评价主体由单一到多元,评价标准由多维到单维再到综合,评价方式由单一到多样,评价过程由单一的终结性评价到与过程性评价的并存。这是系统和环境交互作用的过程,政治、科技和文化等因素都产生影响。全面发展的教育方针是贯穿始终的灵魂,公平性和可操作性起着非常重要的制约和调节作用,国家利益的一致性和个体功利的差异性决定了改革进程的错综复杂。当前新高考改革成效初显,也面临新的挑战。借助《总体方案》带来的强大动力和有利环境,新高考将与破"五唯"同声相应,把改革推向深入。
The college entrance examination is a special educational evaluation for the purpose of further education,which is imposed the function of evaluating the quality of middle school education.The birth of the high school entrance examination aims to replace the function of the college entrance examination.In the 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,as an educational evaluation system,the enrollment of colleges and universities can be investigated from the macro and micro levels.Its cognition of"evaluation"is from implicit to explicit,from free to self-conscious,the subject of evaluation is from single to multiple,the standard of evaluation is from multi dimension to single dimension and comprehensive exploration,the way of evaluation is from single to multiple,and the process of evaluation is from single summative evaluation to exploration,which coexists with process evaluation.This is a process of interaction between system and environment,which is influenced by politics,science and technology,culture and other factors.The overall development of education policy is the soul throughout,fairness and operability play a very important role in restricting and regulating,the consistency of national interests and individual utilitarian differences determine the complexity of the reform process.At present,the new college entrance examination reform has achieved initial results,but also faces new challenges.With the help of the powerful power and favorable environment brought by the Overall Plan,the new college entrance examination will go hand in hand with breaking the Five Onlys and push the reform forward.
