摘要
推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化对于大学治理提出了更高的要求,应客观看待中世纪欧洲的大学治理,避免过分夸大教师行会的作用;认真梳理美国大学治理的变革,特别是外部治理主体的影响;不断深化大学治理的哲学思考,科学分析认识论哲学、政治论哲学与大学治理的关系。要坚持中国特色社会主义大学制度,提高政治站位,完善制度体系,加强队伍建设,坚持方向道路。
It provides higher requirement by improving modernization of national governance system and capacity.It should regard university governance in medieval Europe objectively,and avoid overdramatizing the role of faculty guild;comb the reform of university governance in the United States,especially the influence from external governance subject;deepen philosophical thinking of university governance,such as the relationship between epistemological philosophy,political philosophy and university governance.We have to persist in the system of socialist university with Chinese characteristics,to improve political standing,to improve the system,to strengthen the construction of talent team,and to stick to the direction and path.
