盐酸萃取-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定氯化血红素中砷、铅、汞含量

摘要 本文建立了采用盐酸模拟人工胃液萃取,电感耦合等离子体质谱法快速测定氯化血红素中砷、铅、汞三种元素的方法。样品经2%浓度盐酸溶液萃取后,利用ICP-MS法同时测定三种元素。结果表明,三种元素的线性关系较好,相关系数为0.9988~0.9989,检出限为0.0099~0.042 mg/kg,定量限为0.030~0.13 mg/kg,精密度的相对标准偏差均小于5%,加标回收率在92.2%~101.4%之间。方法准确度高,灵敏度好,专属性高,重复性好,分析速度快,适用于氯化血红素样品中砷、铅、汞三种元素的快速分析测试。 An analysis method was established in this paper to test arsenic,lead and mercury in Hemin with Hydrochloric Acid Extraction-ICP-MS.Samples were detected for the three elements at the same time by ICP-MS after extraction in 2%hydrochloric acid solution..The experimental results showed that the linear relations of all the elements were very good,the correlation coefficient(R) was 0.9988-0.9989,the detection limits were 0.0099-0.042 mg/kg,the limits of quantitation were 0.030-0.13 mg/kg,the relative standard deviations for all elements of precision were lower than 5%,and the recovery rate were 92.2%-101.4%.This method was applicable to determinate the arsenic,lead and mercury in Hemin.It had a high sensitivity,good specificity,good repeatability,high accuracy and fast analysis speed.
